I think she would get a ton of donations if she would declare. Why donate if there’s a chance she won’t run? If she’s not going to run, the donations would be better used for someone that is running.

SarahPAC's money goes to elect good conservatives to the house and senate. That money will not be available to her own presidential campaign. Should she run and win the presidency, Palin will want people in both houses to help move the agenda. Donating to SarahPAC is a lot smarter than giving it to the Republican party to spend. You know how that works out.

I see little reason to donate if she isn’t going to run but I’ve already set aside a C-note for her after she declares. Of course I haven’t told my wife yet...

Sarah cannot use SarahPAC funds to support her own campaign. The PAC funds are used to help other conservatives who are running. It helps her to elect her supporting team to the Congress. Her reasoning could be that if we don’t support her PAC to help her elect her team, then we won’t support her campaign either. She needs to know that we will.
