rotating sunny images of the country at its best with footage from the Texas governor’s announcement speech.

Speaking of announcement speeches, Texas governor says 'No' to presidential run . If he doesn't keep his word in the past how are we to believe he will in the future?

Come on now, you can do better than that. If we disqualified everyone who said they weren’t running for President when they run for President, we’d NEVER have a President.

I suspect that 100% of the folks who have ever run for President have said they are NOT running for President within months of their running for President. (excluding fringe perpetual candidates like Nader and so on...)

Puts me in mind of something my dear father-in-law used to say: “A wise man sometimes changes his mind, but a damn fool never does.”

He changed his mind because of Obama, because people were pressuring him to run including his own family, many many Texans, many many Republicans and because there wasn’t strong Republican candidates running.

Would you feel better if he said, oh well, lets take a chance on 4 more years of Obama?
