As much as I disagree with this decision to permit homos serving openly, Conduct unbecoming is still Conduct unbecoming. PDA is still PDA.

If the homos think they’re going to receive special consideration in these regards, they’re in for a rude awakening. The UCMJ is written in such a way that any and all “sexual persuasions” are covered.

As a retired 1st Sgt., I can say that if I witnessed 2 homos in a PDA situation (while in uniform), I would take the appropriate actions. Same thing with “off-duty” incidents such as “unwanted sexual advances”. They would be viewed as sexual harassment.

We prosecuted heteros for adultery, underage sex, etc. There is nothing to prevent prosecution of homo’s under the same.

They don’t “own” the military and the vast majority of commanders and 1st Sgt’s will do what is necessary to maintain good order and discipline. If a homo can’t keep their sexual desires under control, they’ll be dealt with.

Mullen and the perfumed princes of the pantywaist Pentagon do not agree. They have already grabbed their ankles for the homo political lobby, and the only prosecutions they will sanction will be for "hate crimes" - - normal servicemen will be prosecuted every time a homo feels intimidated in any way.

Next comes quotas for homo officers. Count on it.
