I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is the Coast Guard will no longer hear cases do to accusations of unfairness and impropriety. The bad news is the EPA will now oversee them and shag you 10 times more since you had the nerve to complain about our unfair treatment of you.
I think that about sums up the situation here.
