Is it possible that this is not about tracking guns but about getting guns into Mexico? Ha...pallet loads of drug money can buy all the weapons you want
....grenades, IED's and rocket launchers were not in Fast and Furious but are used by the Mexican drug gangs.

It was all about getting more identifiably American guns into the mix. That way they can blame American gun culture for their problems.
That is one reason you are not hearing much out of Mexico over this.
Of course some Mexicans have no idea what is going on and will jump at any reason to attack the U.S.
