So, arriving from the D.R. and the coke was in his checked luggage/ 4 pairs of shoes. D.R. security fail? Drug sniffing doggies got suspicious?

What gets me is how this dork though he could get away with smuggling 2 kilos in shoes!

A couple hundred grams-- maybe. If you wrap it right, it might get past the drug sniffing dogs, but two kilos? No way! Some criminals are even more stupid than they are greedy.

I've read about some of these drug smugglers stuffing coke in condoms and swallowing them. That's got to do some real irritation to the digestive system, particularly if the stomach acid erodes it enough before it exits.

Then there are the dorks who actually buy and snort crap like that which is extracted from human poo!

If I were ever inclined to get into the narcotics business, I think basement growing and refining in the 'hood would present far less risk compared to the alternatives.
