Even with the non-stop publicity for this book; it is having trouble climbing into the top 60 on Amazon’s ‘best-seller list’ on its day of release. To be fair; it did briefly crack the top 20 in pre-release sales, but there is NO sales momentum at all...stacks for sale at the Dollar General store pretty soon...
