“Warren Buffett is so full of s$$t. I heard he takes an annual salary of $100K which is a hell of a lot less than what he pays his secretary.”
Buffett says he reported an income of 39 million dollars last year.

When you do not have to pay your corporate taxes all kinds of profits can be had!

One CEO a few years ago (after Buffett said the same stupid thing about his tax rate) said Well, if he paid himself a salary commensurate with his value to the company, hed avoid that problem. But he does that on purpose to avoid paying taxes. Also, isn't Buffett's favorite holding period for any investment "forever," in order to avoid paying the taxes that come when you sell it?
