Oh good grief, not being in an appropriate situation to blurt everything on your mind isn’t “living a lie.” How the hell do they expect to be entrusted with the stuff for which every enlisted person has at least a secret clearance?
What about the UCMJ? I don’t think that any branch of the military recognizes same sex marriage. Will gays get drummed out of the service if they have sex with each other in their bunks?
