Hiring an illegal alien is not an essential liberty. Nobody said it was. That's a straw man.
The essential liberty in this case is not having to get permission from the feds to work and earn your daily bread; just because they won't do their job and secure our borders and enforce the mountain of laws that are already on the books.

Criminal invaders are not supposed to have the liberty to work here. Citizens and those here legally have a right to work. Where is the tyranny? I crosscheck applicants, if possible, and want others to do their civic and national duty of not being part of a criminal conspiracy.
