I wrote a poem about Obama raising taxes back after the mid term elections which is still appropriate:

Unvarnished Truth
or, Between the Idea and the Reality Falls Shellack

A hike in the tax
When his party is
In the minority.

So please tell me how
He’ll raise them up now
When he couldn’t
When he had a majority???
