Excellent Al Jazeera documentary about Medevac teams in Afghanistan.
I guess we’ll have to file it under “mysteries of unintended consequence” that Al Jezeera can be posted on FR but Bloomberg can’t.

A Medevac crew chief I knew said they were called in perfect English to an NVA site loaded for bear,when they saw what it was, the caller said come pick him up or else.
An NVA officer was loaded on and the took him to the hospital.
