Correct me if I am wrong but a “Jobs Bill” can not usurp a Constitutional Amendment

Well for sure the Health Care bill does that. I guess it will all come down to what the meaning of "is" is. Without God, we have no rights, since the government will assign them as it pleases. Tell me again now, how social issues don't matter?

I guess that depends upon what you define as a “Social Issue”. I don’t see how Government assigning and inventing rights is just a social issue. Its a Gigantic legal issue of the Government making itself the equivalent of God as well.

True its a major Social issue in the respect that goverment is effectually trying to usurp God’s roll in life. But that doesn’t make it not a legal, and economic issue.

Honestly I never really bought the Economic vs Social game. I think he border between economic and social issues is poorly chosen.
