There is no doubt that someone born in Britain, even if there temporarily, was a natural born subject.

Only if the parents had "actual obedience" to the crown. This was required. It's some similar to the idea behind the subject clause in the 14th amendment.

The intent and desire of the parents applies when you have territory in dispute during civil war.

Then you're arguing against yourself now. I'll let you fight it out in your mind since you don't seem to know where you're going with your argument now.
