That was one thing I wondered when Michele brought up the Merck contribution. I thought “I sure hope all your sponsors are Jane and John Smith and you have no corporate donors.” Very risky statement, imo. She may have scored debate points, but also opened herself up to unneeded criticism. And keeping the issue front and center is not a good thing. She sounds a little bit wheels off.There are plenty of other political points that could be scored against Perry.
I like Michele just fine...as a Congress person.
