I have NO clue about the veracity of the claims presented in this thread.
And this thread has NO influence upon what I think about the government mandated medical community. It is one thing to discuss a physician to patient relationship, and it is a whole different world to discuss the interaction and deal with a physician outside of a hospital/clinic setting.
In my late teens I worked at a 'research' university medical school. I got to observe the med students come and go, and the interns, the residents, and those formidable attendings. Because it was a research university, the Medicaid patients HAD to allow the whole troupe to come in and inspect and evaluate that patient. BUT the privately insured could allow the troupe, but they sure could demand to be seen by the attending alone.
Then there was the 'drug' reps that would haul in their latest wares to pass out to the physicians to prescribe and pass out.
The notion that there is isolation of purity within the world of scientists and the medical community from the 'state' down, or up, depending on who is doing what is a big fabrication and borders on deception.
There are ways to evaluate literature, research and individuals.
When an article contains as many flat out errors as this one does, and refers to naturopaths, it’s very easy to discount.
