I'm unaware of anyone fact checking Perry's $5,000 claim and finding a different amount. Are you aware of some fact checking that says otherwise? If so, please share it with us.

Instead of offering your "I'm offended" and "it's dishonest" drama, why not list right here on this thread all the money Merck gave to Rick Perry, after 2007, as a quid pro quo for his EO on Gardasil. Either you have the information readily available or you're talking out of your _ _ _.

I have provided that information to you. You are free to make of it what you will but Perry did lie, he has received far more than the $5000 that he originally admitted to receiving.
