Every officer of government in this country, at every level, in every branch, as per Article VI, Section 3, has sworn to support this Constitution.

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution...

I intend to bump this to the top, through Constitution Day tomorrow and beyond, every chance I get.

Yeh—the very least!

Beyond reading, it is interesting that the Concon was to ONLY update our first Constitution, The Articles Of Confederation; the ConCon met in secret allowing no one to observe; would not have become law w/o the later added Bill of rights, etc, etc.
