I don’t buy it. If she were goingh to annonce, ashe’d certainly want to do so in a more splashy wat than on a dinky radio show.

But, she PROMISED to announce on that dinky thing. She's in a box with that. To do otherwise would besmirch the perfection that IS Sarah Palin.

Wonder if she could do something like have Rush call into the Bob & Mark Show. That way she’d keep her promise, but get Rush’s audience, too.

Are you sure she promised to ANNOUNCE on the show or did she simply say they would be the first to know?

No. The importance of where the announcement is made is sort of like the importance of being in the delivery room when your baby is born (obviously referring to the father here). What happens after the event is all that’s important. I have four children and was in the delivery room twice, and can’t even remember which children I saw born.

I think she told those radio guys that she would announce on their show. It would be out of character for her to go back on that promise.
