I had to leave for a while so I am late to answer your question but I see that others have addressed it quite well in my absence.
Suffice it to say,unless your boy Perry can become a true conservative and accept that laws,even those he wishes to personally subvert (like on illegal aliens),are the laws he will be finished.

Immigration Laws are Federal affairs is a cowardly cop-out—kidnapping and bank robbery are against federal law as well—would Perry not render assistance to stop these crimes as well?

Disclaimer—I think Perry too slick and processed and if Palin doesn't announce,Bachman and Cain are our best hopes.
