Jewish votes don’t really matter, except maybe in Florida. Jewish opinion leaders’ abandonment of Obama (but probably not Democrats in general) does give a green light for open criticism of Obama, which could influence other voters.

As for Jews closing their wallets, you are right on the money!!! But......it will not only be Jews. Obama is unbalanced mentally, toxic and radioactive at the same time. And......many past money contributors are going to hold off coughing up any bucks. IMHO, Hillary Clinton is going to run against Obama in Democrat Primaries. She, if she runs, will get the majority of the bucks. Obama is done, Toasted, Wasted, Useless, Empty Suit, Un-American, Anti-American, Pro Muslim Brotherhood, Incompetent, Dirt bag, Total loser, etc.

  1. Best case scenario you will have more than in 2008 (say 10-15% more) Jews voting Republican and not for Obama or Hilary. It just ain't cool to vote for Obama anymore. It won't score you any points at the cocktail party.
  2. plus a lot of Jews who cannot bring themselves to vote for a Republican will just sit it out. Will not vote for president. This helps us
  3. Compared to 2008 Obama will slip some with Blacks and Hispanics but even better, many of them will sit it out. This helps us

Remember Obama’s boast of raising a billion dollars for the campaign?
———Not all of the stimulus money is accounted for. He has given millions to the unions who will simply donate in their member’s names.

Finally, we still don’t know where all of O’s contributions came in ‘08.

I don’t think money will a problem for Obama.

You are correct, Obama most likely will be hurting for money. But......think about his re-election in a pragmatic sense. Why would a labor leader or a business man, union or corporation give a potential mega loser significant money in campaign contributions. Case in point!!! Labor slacked off in both NY-9 & NV-2 CD. In fact not only did they not give money, much of their blue collar membership stayed home and sat on their hands. Ditto for religious Jews!!! Now......unless things turn around before November, 2012, Obama will win very few states. The handwriting is on the wall all over the country!!! And.....if you study the demographics and various voter groups, the only count-on solid group Obama has is American Blacks and a small core of liberal, left-wing, America hating liberal Democrats!!! I suspect a small group of American Blacks will get it and realize that Obama is actually their worst enemy. That said, the Black American support for Obama will drop into the high seventies or so, far from enough for Obama to be competitive against any GOP candidate. I sure one can shoot holes in my trend of thought, but I have been right on all along, certainly much better then any in the mainstream media, and......they get paid for not reporting the actual on-going series of political events!!! We shall see as time unfolds!!!

Jewish votes don't really matter, except perhaps Florida.

I can tell you that the Republican Jewish Coalition is talking about Jewish switching to the GOP possibly being decisive in a number of other battleground states - beside Florida - in next year's presidential race. I've seen Pennsylvania and Ohio among those in which we are interested.

Of course, Jewish votes matter in certain congressional races, like the one last week in NY-9, which (contrary to some media reports) is believed to have the fourth largest Jewish population of all congressional districts in the country. I've seen the Jewish population in NY-9 listed at about 22% of the total population, but since Jews tend to vote more than others, especially in this special election, it was estimated that at least 30% of the votes in NY-9 were cast by Jews.

Pennsylvania is cited as a battleground state.

285,000 Jews (2.3% of total population), of which typically half would be eligible to vote.

In 2008, Obama won by 605,820 votes.
In 2004, Kerry won by 144,000 votes.
In 2000, Gore won by 204,840 votes.

Use a realistic turnout and a realistic number of switched Jewish votes and tell me how likely it would be if those switched votes would swing the election.

Couldn’t have said it better myself. Your descriptive comments regarding the False Messiah were as accurate as can be.

I question whether it is as high as this poll states. It should be at ZERO percent among Jews and blacks also, for that matter, who have tremendously high unemployment.
