This happens frequently in Washington. The next step is that the judge will start fining the teachers for every day they miss class (like $100 a day). Then they will go back to work.

You know how things operate here in Washington well. Missed the part though about the fines being suspended as part of the agreement to go back to work.

They won’t pay and they won’t go to jail, and the DA will forgive the debt. It’s all farce.
