Try finding processed food that doesn't have citric acid in it, either. It's in damn near everything. No wonder the RX shelves are stocked up with Prilosec and Prevacid and Tums and Rolaids, etc.
You really have to eat whole foods to avoid the garbage marketed as food. And even then you have to be careful.

Yep and then you have be careful of the artificial sweeteners like splenda/sucralose, aspartame, saccharine. Those are the worst one. If you are going to use artificial sweeteners the better choices are xylitol, malitol, stevia types and there’s one that starts with an e.
The past two weeks we have been keeping a close eye on the sugars and types of sugars we eat. It is amazing when you keep track and see where so much hidden sugar is.
