Doubt it....not on a horse drawn carriage going four miles an hour in any traffic at night. The Amish were just doing what they've always done and the LEOs were doing what they do.
That said, it's a matter to be left to the Court.
Know any Amish legal eagles? Didn't think so.
Pedestrians have more protections.
