He’s got a point. Same with manufacturing. Doesn’t mean it’s wrong. Just means it’s a problem for no-skilled people who can’t adapt.

Actually mechanization, automation, computerization, improved processes and robotics have advanced to the point they are stripping employment opportunities away from SKILLED LABOR and PROFESSIONALS.

Ever had surgery with a DaVinci Machine? Sure, there's still a doctor in there but he does it perfect every time!

You don't come back for redoes ~ you can imagine how that cuts into the opportunities for new surgeons.
