And there is NO vaccine that is 100% safe - and that is not Perry's fault. Everyone that takes one, takes a risk but they feel the risk is worth it. That's their decision. Why are you going off on the rant MB has? She may be right but what does the possible effects of a vaccine have to do with Perry? Nothing! This is about how Perry went about it.
