Nice bird Vex. We will be living out of cardboard boxes for the next 12 to 14 days as we are having our hardwood floors refinished in the nerve center of the house. Kitchen, dining room and parlor and we think we are going to exist in the back half and if not we can flee somewhere.

I will never, ever figure out the benefit of hardwood floors. Won't go into detail. You know the negatives. You are going through it now. What a pain in the aaa.

How fun for you and your bride. Just about everyone I know, including family, has had their floors done in the last five years. Makes me think about doing it too, but then I think about having to leave home and ....
