Yes, those factors are in play too, and perhaps the government has just reached far enough into people's lives that more of the public is just plain fed up.

Yes, just like I am favor of most mandatory vaccinations. It’s one of the few legitimate intrusions of the government into people’s lives. A nation that is not properly vaccinated is a dead nation. Or will be. And it will be an ugly death.

Will people die from the vaccinations? Yes. But far fewer than would die from the diseases they protect against.

That, or dump ALL mandatory vaccinations, go through a period of horrific disease, and the survivors will be those with better genetics. There’s a word for that: eugenics. It’s a favorite of marxists.
