Can you honestly state an instance where a candidate has been subjected to as much “trash talk” as Palin has? I am not saying she should or would sue. What I am saying is I believe she COULD sue if she desired and in all likelihood prevail.
I am not a Palin fan, but the media has defamed her every chance they get. Case in point, “I can see Russia from my front porch” Said by Tina Fey, not Sarah Palin and if you ask anyone, they will attribute the statement to Palin.
I am tired of conservatives always taking the “high road” when dealing with the asshats. I think if her attorney’s think they have a good case, they should sue this clown and his publisher into bankruptcy.
You just reminded me of my favorite memory of the House Impeachment Hearings, when Rep. Rogan stated, "if someone made that argument before me when I was a judge, I'd be calling the State Bar Association asking about the status of his law license."
