“This is an illustration for the corporations of how to play ball with the Obama Regime. If you want government to smooth the way for you, kick in your campaign donations”

I think you have the situation backwards. It’s not a shakedown. This is simply a method for funneling money to an Obama crony. Diverting taxpayer money to a company that never was intended to successfully make a product.

The company’s real function was to be a receiver of ‘green investment’ funds, so that those funds could end up in the pockets of Obama’s friends.

I wonder how much of those green investment funds wound up in the pocket of Obama’s reelection campaign fund? This also make me wonder how many research grant dollars are going to phony researchers who put up the front of doing research. The only research being done is how to scam money from the government. To encourage that the money continues, they will kick in generous campaign contributions to the politicians writing the earmarks.

Yes. I have also thought this may have been some of the “billion” dollars Obama is supposed to raise for his reelection.

Either way, this fake company was definitely a money laundering operation. The FBI was sent by holder to make absolutely sure someone like Breitbart doesn’t get their hands on one of the company’s computer hard drives. Nothing will ever become of this. The FBI has wiped everything clean.

It’s a sad day when you realize Obama has largely destroyed the integrity of our great nation. Corruption on this level can’t be fixed. We are on our way to third world status.
