Why on the Primary Ballot, it should be on the General Election ballot.
Read the article. Apparently Democrat lawmakers were accusing Republican proponents of the initiative of using it as a "wedge issue" to bring out the conservative vote during the general election, which the Obammunist only won by a hair in NC in 2008. So to placate the Dems and gain their vote "for" the amendment, they moved it to the May primary. Now, more democrats are crying foul about this election date, saying that mostly Republicans will be voting in the primary anyway.
There's no way to please a communist.
