But, the key is WHO was second guessing the loan. They mention Biden's COS basically saying They will try to talk the WEST WING (IE OBAMA) out of it.
They are insulating Biden from the scandal and making it Obama's. Ask yourself why would they be doing that? Why not throw Biden or a lower staffer under the bus instead of pointing the laser at Obama?
