I’m a former New Yorker who has been living in Japan for 25 years . Totally unaware of current demographics in Brooklyn these days . Could you explain how a Repub can win 70% there ?
One word answer: Obama!
Conservative, Orthodox and Hasidic Jews (remember the black hats and frock coats up on Eastern Parkway?) who hate Obama for his atempted destruction of Israel, and the fool the Dems ran, whose pro gay marriage votes did not sit well with tradition respecting Jews.
