“In the theatre” - sounds like an interesting life! Can I ask you, do you have any idea what that particular zip (10018) has the very highest rate of abortion (67% of all recent pregnacies ended in abortion!) in NYC? That just seems SO high.

Very strange - it’s Hell’s Kitchen (or Clinton as the real estate agents insist on calling it). I don’t think of this area as being particularly black or Hispanic or any ethnic group, although, of course, there are plenty of blacks & Hispanics living there. But it’s not a ghetto or inner city. I would suggest it’s mostly a young, up and coming professionals. Unless it’s all the hookers who hang out on 11th Avenue.

Anyone out there who can explain this mystery?
