Well, Jamaica and Rosedale are black but Greenwich Village and the stupidly renamed Hell’s Kitchen? (Clinton, yuck!) Mostly young single women, I would guess, although there are plenty of Section 8s and welfare recipients who are all over Manhattan. And maybe some prostitutes. My neighborhood in Curry Hill is loaded with Methadone addicts and welfare recipients living in the horrible old tenements.
One of the problems with being a liberal is that they MUST control the media and education elites, because they don't reproduce. The liberals kill off their young (abortions) or don't even have them (the homosexuals and population control crowd) so their population must necessarily constantly be fighting a decrease, unless they can import (illegal aliens) or convert (innocent kids in the liberal school system and people who listen uncritically to the alphabet networks and MSM).
