Part of the bill has been written. It was read into the Senate record and is sitting in the Senate Transportation committee. It was submitted back in May by Patty Murray, Dick Durbin and Susan Collins. It’s S.942, The Infrastructure and Transportation Re-investment and Grant Act. It is intended to fund multi-modal transportation projects, otherwise known as, “Gateways”. The main one being in Patty Murray’s home state of WA and being built by the company that Murray’s husband works for, SSA.
You may have heard of SSA. the longshoremen company that was recently in the news for union violence. SSA is owned by CARRIX and Goldman Sachs is the majority stake holder in CARRIX. The freight to the terminal will be delivered by Warren Buffet’s BNSF, who will receive a large chunk of the money to purchase land for additional rail.
Thanks for the info!!

Sounds like typical liberal think. Unintended consequences would be to certify that no unemployed person gets an interview for fear of legal action. Friggn' BRILLIANT !!
I so hope that's in the proposal.....good fodder for democratic idiocy.
