If the Scotsmen had dropped the flag, and she was expressing dismay at that, that might be understandable. But whatever her take was on the flag ceremony as it was unfolding was not good or respectful, as far as I can see.
If the Obamas have another explanation for this exchange, they really should come forward with it.
We should ask why the major media have refused to cover such disrespect by the First Lady.
