I can't decipher the first part but the last part looks like "fold the flag" to me.

She may just be commenting on the intricacy of folding the flag.

I wouldn't put it past her to say something crude, but be careful about reading too much on this one.

Her attitude seems to be full of contempt at such a fragile and heartbreaking time for us- and we know how she feels about OUR country. Her smirk just seeths of disdain and his agreement seals it.

They both hate America. And she is mad because the keys to the 747 have probably been taken away from her until they think we have forgotten her $10,000,000 vacation bill we are still paying.

And, she needs to be referred to as something else, ‘cause she ain’t no lady.

BRING BACK LAURA BUSH SO WOOKIE CAN SEE HOW IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE.

I do a fair job of reading lips and there is nothing about folding the flag. Additionally look at his contemptuous little smirk at her comment and then her eye rolling and head shaking. Body language and lips tell me they are contemptuous of any honor bestowed on the flag or this country.

Presumably this wasn't the first memorial service involving a flag that she's attended since moving into the White House.

If that's the case, she recognizes what the ceremonies involve and it's less likely that she'd deprecate or disparage the very fact of having a flag folding ceremony in the memorial service.

Lip-reading isn't an exact science. It's said that "where there's life, there's hope" looks identical to "where's the lavender soap" in most English dialects. Lip-readers rely on context to narrow down what could have been said.

Whatever she actually said, nothing's going to stick here.
