I’m hoping you are right about Issa. I have wondered if this is the case, or is he so naive as to think that all the documentation would be handed over.

Feh. You gotta ask nicely before you bring the hammer down. They will refuse to cough up the papers. Issa will (should) subpoena them. If he doesn’t, that’s a red flag. They will probably refuse the subpoena, and that’s where the constitutional crisis will begin, IF that is what Issa intends. If there’s to be a war, let it begin HERE.

Issa is a smart man and a good poker player. A good poker player folds after the first round if his hand sucks. There's other tables to play.... unless you have a good hand. The second round he lets the suckers fill the pot. Issa is well into the second round, watching the pot grow.
