As others have already stated here: Holder inept? Yes, to some degree. Corrupt? Most definitely.

Issa is deliberately playing the diplomat here, giving public voice to 'the benefit of the doubt'. But you know that he is fully away of the ugly truth here.

I hope that the comments by others here are correct: That Issa is simply biding his time and building his case before coming down on these mobsters like a ton of bricks. Time will tell. I'd love to see Obama and his entire cadre go down in flames. But if they get away with murder, literally, well... it won't be the first time in our history that people in power get off with such high crimes scot-free.
