To answer your question, if I had to choose between Perry and Romney, I'd choose Perry.

But my objective in posting the previous was to provide information about the timing of Perry's change of mind, as well as his long-standing passion, based on health reasons, that HPV should be a mandatory vaccination unless one has conscientious objection.

Best I can tell, Perry, to this day, finds the Texas legislature to be in the wrong pertaining to the mandate for vaccination against HPV.
