One of the best ways to do that, if you don’t have the authority to actually get rid of them, is to make sure that they don’t need state help. Which means turning them into productive tax-payers. And that’s done via education.

So, what you're saying is, they should be rewarded, not punished, for their criminality. I see. Thanks for the clarification. (Oh, and crossing our borders illegally is a criminal act...).

I can live with the in-state tuition for illegals.

Mainly because he’s not been in a position to actually enforce federal border control,

but has had to deal with the effects.

Which means that those that can enforce the law on the matter...

aren't in Texas.
