The TX state law allows Executive Orders. Perry has used it rarely. He said he should have gone to the Legislature first. The Legislature did not pass it, the parents did not like it, and it was dropped a long time ago. It is a NON-ISSUE! Perry is heavily involved in raising money for cancer in TX and is pro-life. I am from TX and have seen what he stands for. I have voted for him in 3 elections, will vote for him in the Primary and as the GOP candidate for President. He can bet Obama plain and simple.
So tell me what assurance do we have that he won’t issue other such Executive Orders for the what in his opinion will be for ‘the good of the people’? We have a President right now who loves issuing Executive Orders, we sure don’t need another!
