I put principles over politics. Constitution party is my choice.

I find it amusing you feel the need to ‘school’ me on history as my PhD is in the subject.

However, as a Christian, I am duty bound to put ideological and theological purity first and as such I would never vote for a non-Christian (like Romney).

Another bit of History, FDR was a communist sympathizer and after the release of some period KGB files, McCarthy was right, there were communists in the White House.

When did Jesus tell us to put “theological purity” first? I remember his advice to keep Caesar’s stuff and God’s stuff separate. I’m glad you are amused. So, if we have two candidates who don’t pass your purity test, what do you do? For instance, Obama who supports abortion on demand on one hand and Romney who is pro-life? Since neither is acceptable to you do you sit at home in smug orthodox satisfaction or do you acknowledge that we live an imperfect world and do the best you can? Yes, you are correct about FDR. But Churchill just held his nose and worked with Stalin.
