With the exception of Huntsman (why is that guy even there?) they all sounded good in the first half hour. They would all beat Obama and they’d all be better than Obama. The opening exchange between Perry and Obama was a good example of how you can win an argument/debate and still lose an election. Honestly, Romney had Perry on the ropes for his past statements and and his defense was weasely and avoided the straight answer. Mitt wins the debate points. On the other hand it only made me more likely to vote for Perry.

Out of the current field, I like Perry, Bachmann and Cain.

I like Newt in these debates, although I wouldn't vote for him.

I think he'd make a good press secretary.
