I’m not sure by listening to him that Newt is running to win...he’s running to set the parameters of the debate and be a media foil. He’s doing a damn good job too.

Romney offers a good “pay phone - smart phone” metaphor. Obama keeps jamming quarters into it, but the economy is not responding.
WB: “Does Perry deserve credit for those jobs he created?”

Perry responds by attacking trial lawyers.

Romney also compared Perry unfavorably to Ann Richards and GWB, in the matter of job creation.
