This sounds like (and do not know) someone is covering for someone. Believed to be impostors (pilot alerts and made the call) and TSA says no problem. Starting to sound like the truth is an unknown. Someone checked for credentials, if leads are correct, and then alert goes out prior or after credentials are checked? Wonder when the statement will go out ... the system worked? Does this mean there were two air marshals who were to be on the flight but were removed or unable to board because the system worked? Dang .. head is starting to hurt again.
