On a different note, I thought it would be nice to be able to conceal carry my 4" barreled K frame revolver in the fall or winter while wearing a jacket.

Just took delivery on one of these:

I had been looking at some Galco and others but they were in the $150 - $200 price range for a leather one. I ordered this one through The Sportman's Guide. Only $49.97!

It is really a well constructed holster. Made by Classic Old West in El Paso, Texas. Made out of very good leather - since it's new, it creaks while I'm wearing it! (I'm sure it will break in after a while.)

I would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants a classic leather shoulder holster. Available for both revolvers and autos.
