Update: Parents charged with girl's death.
According to charging documents, food was witheld for days, child had been locked in a closet that was too small to lay down, and daily "spankings." Child found naked outside with only a sheet on when she died of hypothermia.

Further: Larry and Cari Williams are in police custody, charged with homicide by abuse and assault of a child. They are each being held on $500,000 bail.
