I watched a show on the History Channel until after 2:30 a.m. this morning. It focused on the search and rescue, the days that followed, interviews with the responders. There was a brief moment where an irate phone call to an Islam Center was played but I don't recall seeing too many volunteers, also shown, who were Muslims.

I would expect it in a camera pan of a Rush Limbaugh TV audience and to a lesser extent of a Tea Party gathering but why is this event so WHITE?

Of hundreds of attendees, I see only one black person. What drives this phenomenon?

Not so happy about this memorial. For multiple reasons - not just that it may remind 1 of Islam.

Glad I went there just before all this stuff. Last month, although of course they had the wall up and are pushing around alot of dirt.

I’m also a bit irritated about the boulder at the alleged crash point. By the pix and even the dent in the tree line there now, it seems they are way off the mark.
